Each heavy cast iron burner operates at a rate of 25,000 BTU per hour for optimal efficiency. This stainless steel device is easy to clean and durable. These hot plate ranges are available in 4 different sizes: 2, 3, 4, or 6 burners to meet any table size and requirement.
